Christina de Laval - Host

Christina owns Terça together with Claude. Horses have always been her big passion. She carefully looks after the horses at the farm, and their wellbeing always comes in first hand. Before she moved to the Azores she worked at a large riding school in Stockholm, Sweden. Before that she has been a travel producer and has had her own buss company for travels. Here at Terça Christina is the one in charge. She is responsible for everything from bookings and service, via economy and planning, to cooking and tending to the horses. Always she’s alert, full of energy and with a smile for everybody. When she at rare occasions succeeds in finding a little time for her self you usually find her in her favorite cozy, blue couch with her comfy slippers on her feet and a big cup of coffee in her hand.e views over the middle parts of S. Miguel.
Claude

Claude de Laval - Host

Claude is Christina’s husband and Terça’s very own house elf. Before he came to the Azores he worked as a real estate agent in Stockholm. When he met Christina he had no experience in horses or riding, but if you’re planning to live with a horse girl the only way is to just start learning. Every now and then he joins us for a trail ride, but preferably he spends his time talking to and petting all the animals, horses as well as dogs and cats. Claude is also the one who fixes broken lamps, gates, coffee machines, and everything else that sometimes breaks or fails to work at a farm. Especially when it comes to electricity or cars it’s seldom difficult to convince him to fix the problem. When he doesn’t talk to animals or guests he usually sits with his nose over a book, preferably then one about Bentley or Mercedes, or maybe one written by Monty Roberts.
